At Lupoli Companies, summer marks a season of growth with many of our projects and properties coming online across the Merrimack Valley.

Designing an Urban Innovation District. After 15 years of expansion at our flagship property Riverwalk, Lupoli Companies is creating a new sense of place for our tenants and community alike with the most forward-thinking, transformative project yet, The Pavilion. At the center of our ground-up construction project is a unique structure for 1,200 vehicles, but the main feature will be on the top level—a regulation-size turf football field. This sophisticated waterfront complex will also have upscale office, restaurant and retail space with a full-service conference/function center, waterfront restaurant, outdoor parks and direct access to some of the most iconic and scenic views of the Merrimack River. And the adaptive reuse of our mill buildings continues with the addition 270 luxury apartments with direct access to this new facility via an elevated covered pedestrian walkway that connects the two buildings. 

Bringing History to Life. Thorndike Exchange in Lowell has opened its doors and the first residents have already moved into the new, luxury apartments. Historic preservation and modernization have transformed this old mill into a thriving community that honors this city’s past while looking forward to the future. From high-end finishes to a rooftop garden to concierge-style services, Lupoli Companies is redefining what it means to live in a Gateway City. This project perfectly aligns with CEO and President, Sal Lupoli’s vision to empower individual and community advancement. Our new mixed-use development raises the bar for residential and commercial properties in these areas, and encourages others to do the same. 

Creating Community Through Enrichment. Breaking ground in Haverhill is The Heights. This 10-story mixed-use development located downtown is home to 42 loft-style apartments plus prime restaurant space with rooftop dining and a community college that all combine to make it a premier live, play and learn destination. The Heights luxury apartments features sleek, sun-drenched 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with spacious terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows highlighting stunning views of the Merrimack River. This unique location also features classrooms and a test kitchen, where aspiring chefs can hone their skills at the Lupoli Family School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts, an extension of Northern Essex Community College.
