Celebrating the Legacy of Caring

Lupoli Companies recently had the honor of being a sponsor of the Legacy of Caring Gala in support of Lawrence General Hospital. Held in Boston, the evening saluted two prominent leaders in the state of Massachusetts.

Congresswoman Niki Tsongas received the Community Leader Award for her lifelong commitment to public service. The first woman in 25 years to serve in Congress for Massachusetts, she has helped pass life-saving health care reform legislation, the Affordable Care Act and she has fought to allocate greater resources to centers that provide quality care to ensure the overall health of our communities.

Dr. Sunit Mukherjee was the recipient of the 2018 Santagati Award for Visionary Leadership for his dedication to cardiology and improving the lives of patients. Known for his compassion, humility and commitment to care, he is the assistant clinical professor of medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine and is currently medical director at both the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and the developing Heart and Vascular Center at Lawrence General Hospital.
