At Lupoli Companies, we believe in supporting local entrepreneurs by investing with a long-term focus on making a positive impact that enrich lives, strengthen business and builds a more optimistic future—all with the goal to move our community forward.

Now in its second year, the Revolving Test Kitchen (RTK) is located in the heart of downtown Lawrence. This pop-up restaurant provides entrepreneurs with a trial run of their ventures while contributing to Lawrence’s economic success. This collaboration between Lupoli Companies, the city of Lawrence, The Lawrence Partnership and Northern Essex Community College (NECC) has already jump-started the careers of two local restaurateurs.

The first chef to fire up the RTK, Ray Gonzalez transformed Coco Ray’s, a former restaurant food truck venture, into a brick and mortar destination that is already popular. And now Danny Torres of El Encanto is delighting patrons with his fresh fusion of Puerto Rican classics and BBQ favorites while receiving advice and guidance on next steps to launch production on his signature sauces.

So, do you have what it takes to be the next entrepreneur at the Revolving Test Kitchen? The search is on to see who will take over the Common Street location and expand upon the success these two chefs have established. If you have a vision and passion to grow your business, apply now.
