Digital Marketing Analyst

Summary: Lupoli Companies is seeking a Digital Analyst that will join our growing Marketing Team to play a key role in tracking and analyzing performance across all marketing functions. This individual will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and have close communication with all marketing functions. This role will leverage digital, web, and customer data to analyze and determine performance of marketing initiatives such as customer acquisition, promotional campaigns and website/email effectiveness.  This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about dissecting data, while creating solutions and communicating the benefits to a wide audience.

Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Lead strategy, management and implementation to track our target audience across digital properties and campaigns.

  • Develop benchmarks to measure campaigns and recommend optimizations to maximize results.

  • Combine digital data with offline data to develop a complete picture of the customer lifecycle (email, push notifications, in app messages, SMS, etc.).

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize digital assets to drive marketing and sales performance.

  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analytical work that unlocks business insights to drive sound decision-making on key business issues. 

  • Generate customer and prospect lists to be used in external mailings, emails and paid social campaigns. 

  • Share clear and concise learnings to cross-functional teams.

  • Identify trends to recommend new marketing and business opportunities.

  • Develop and integrate Google analytics strategy across all brands.

  • Identify, create and deliver reporting structure. 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Marketing, Research or related field. 

  • Minimum 3 years of analytics experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommend actions. 

  • Clear understanding of mobile and web attribution platforms.

  • Experience using Ads Manager 

  • Strong presentation, PowerPoint and Excel skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines.

  • Experience developing segmentation and targeting strategies to test and learn how best to communicate with our target audience. 

  • Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, statistical significance and marketing experimentation.
