Sal Lupoli is driven by a desire to enrich the lives of others through his commitment as a social impact entrepreneur and his philanthropic undertakings that promote the people and places that surround him. With insightfulness and motivation, founded on deep family values, Sal has made a difference in the communities he serves professionally and personally. Sal has substantially strengthened, stimulated and uniquely contributed to the region through his extensive philanthropic efforts.

The Lupoli Family Foundation was founded to contribute resources to non-profit organizations and programs that focus on making a significant difference for those in need. The foundation has provided charitable contributions in excess of one million dollars to a number of organizations including:

Sal’s commitment to giving back extends beyond the boardroom and onto the playing field as a mentor and coach in youth sports. Since 2005, Sal has led the Chelmsford Lions to victory as both the high school defensive line coach and the Pop Warner football coach. His ability to balance numerous business ventures across different industries has given him the tools necessary to teach his teams discipline and hard work on the field. 

Sal’s innovative vision and unconventional thinking helps young entrepreneurs succeed. Sal is the visionary behind the Revolving Test Kitchen, an incubator and pop-up restaurant that launched in downtown Lawrence with the goal of providing new opportunities for local food entrepreneurs. This private/public sector collaboration will have a direct impact on the economic development of Lawrence by providing new business owners with a trial run of their ventures. Sal’s commitment is on-going, with consistent support and mentoring to ensure success and continued growth.
