Meet Karen McShea. As Vice President of Real Estate Development at Lupoli Companies, she loves the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of real estate. She brings her energy and experience to Lowell where she is spearheading the Thorndike Exchange project, a mixed-used development featuring upscale residences, modern dining options and the latest in commercial space.

Right now, you can find Karen downtown at the Thorndike Experience Center. It’s here that she hosts community events, like workshops for Girls, Inc., while shaping Lowell’s most anticipated live-work-play development and working alongside the Lupoli team. “I love my colleagues!
