Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary: Lupoli Companies has launched a search for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to promote PRKD Pizza, as well as other Lupoli Companies brands through various social media channels.

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will recommend and execute social/digital marketing programs and campaigns to increase brand awareness, brand perception and drive conversions across a variety of channels and touch points. The Coordinator will have a high degree of collaboration with individuals across the organization to deliver campaigns and also tell the Lupoli Co. story in a unique and impactful way. You will get to employ your social media marketing skill to promote the most exciting new brand in the Lupoli Co. portfolio – PRKD Pizza. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and execute social media campaigns while gathering and analyzing data. You will monitor the traffic driven via social media and note what content is performing best so the marketing team can grow our brand’s audience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of our various brands and our target customers.

  • Grow social presence and brand awareness for PRKD Pizza – Our up-and-coming food truck delivery start-up. Give PRKD a fun, authentic voice that will build a lasting fan-following.

  • Work with the digital marketing manager to develop and implement a social media marketing plan.

  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, in-line with the company’s overall marketing campaign strategy and channels.

  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of social media campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

  • Measure key performance indicators: Audience Profile, Engagement, Growth, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Negative Feedback, etc.

  • Translate campaign data into recommendations and plans for revisions.

  • Compile reports for management showing ROI.

  • Create, curate, publish, and administer original, high-quality content for various channels to reach the company’s target customers.

  • Coordinate with the design team for design assets for social media posts.

  • Implement and manage a content publishing calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

  • Proactively monitor any negative trends and be ready to take corrective actions

  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

  • Actively conduct online advocacy and seek promotional opportunities.

  • Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review in a timely manner and with care.

  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Always seeking ongoing training/education to remain highly effective and current.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social/digital marketing for a brand or agency.

  • Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally on an internal basis, as well as manage day-to-day relationships with outside partners.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Yelp, etc.).

  • Benchmark performance across digital channels and advise on KPIs as well as monitor spend and daily performance across all social channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information succinctly to upper management.

  • Experience in communicating recommendations and willing to take a stance/position on your strategy based on data.

  • Proficient in content marketing through multiple channels and brands.

  • Experience with sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

  • Proactive thinker that has developed and executed a content marketing calendar across social channels

  • A team player with confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).

  • Passion for CRM and engagement

  • Mobile App promotion, growth and retention is a nice to have

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized, detail oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Demonstrates Social customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.

  • Passing proficiency with Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite) and solid proficiency with MS Office is required.
