Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position Summary: The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute the social media strategy across Lupoli Co.’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). The Specialist will be responsible for all social content production, campaign development, community engagement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for and user of social media and online communities. To be successful in this role, you must be a creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Build Lupoli Co.’s social media presence by maintaining a consistent publishing cadence and proactive engagement within our digital communities.
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement a social media marketing plan.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars and oversee content production for all brands.
Capture and publish social content in real-time at brand events and activations.
Partner with internal and external creative partners to conduct digital photo and video shoots.
Develop social copy with a clear and consistent voice for each distinct brand.
Oversee paid social media strategy to include advertising cadence, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Analyze social media data to measure effectiveness of our digital efforts and provide optimization recommendations.
Monitor brand social conversation and engage with consumers to provide a best-in-class digital experience.
Track and report out on brand competitors and trend setters in the social sphere.
Stay up-to-date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in social/digital marketing for a brand or agency.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information succinctly to upper management.
Skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines.
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing. Photography experience is a plus.
Demonstrates social customer care techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
Highly organized and detail oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Passing proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and solid proficiency with MS Office is required.
Ability to travel as required.
