RIVERWALK INNOVATION DISTRICT
Thus far, the Riverwalk Innovation District is the most transformative of Lupoli Companies’ accomplishments. The five million square foot mixed-use development changed the landscape of Lawrence, Massachusetts. A bustling campus with close to 200 commercial tenants and 1,200+ residential tenants, Riverwalk is adjacent to 495 and across from the MBTA train to Boston.
THE PAVILION AT RIVERWALK
In 2022, Lupoli Companies developed The Pavilion at Riverwalk as a way to provide more green space for residents in the City of Lawrence and the Merrimack Valley.
The Pavilion incorporates a truly innovative benefit to residents - a regulation sized sports field overlooking the Merrimack River.
Lupoli Companies donates field usage to K-12 athletes from Lawrence Public Schools and allows private organizations to rent the field.
This 80,000 square foot building also offers a mix of retail, restaurant and office with a 1,200 car parking garage.

LITTLETON, MA
On the site of the former IBM campus right off Interstate 495, King Street Crossing will be a 46-acre mixed use campus with 1,089 residential units, a 150-room boutique hotel, up to 750,000 SF of industrial space, 150,000 SF of R&D/office space, 115,000 SF of retail space and 70 market rate luxury condominiums. The master plan also includes ample parking and green space.

Hampton Beach Casino redevelopment will include approximately 1.2M SF of space at Hampton Beach, which sees over 1.5 million visitors seasonally and benefits from its strategic location.
