Lupoli Companies is an award-winning, community-driven organization spearheaded by social impact entrepreneur, Sal Lupoli. With over three decades of hospitality and development throughout New England, what started in 1990 as a small family-run pizza business has grown to include several hospitality and wholesale brands, more than six million square feet of commercial real estate, $1.5 billion dollars in current development projects and a charitable foundation that has pledged more than $1 million to the causes it supports.
Lupoli Companies crowning achievement is the Riverwalk Innovation District, a five million square foot mixed use campus that transformed the city of Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Sal Lupoli has continually focused on transforming communities by creating innovative opportunities to live, work, and play. As a result, these communities have seen tremendous positive impact on job creation and economic development. While Sal has predominantly been known for redefining landscapes in Gateway Cities, he is now forging ahead with several new development opportunities in other regions of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Simultaneously, Sal’s deep expertise for the hospitality and food manufacturing industries has led to Sal’s Pizza’s nationwide growth, new fine dining concepts in the Merrimack Valley and 500,000 square feet of food manufacturing facilities. Sal’s latest ventures now include hotels and casinos.
