DEDICATED TO ENRICHING THE LIVES OF OTHERS

As a social impact entrepreneur, Sal Lupoli is focused on bringing positive change to the communities where he does business. The Lupoli Family Foundation’s philanthropic efforts are rooted in deep family values. Inspired by his mother, his father and his brother James, Sal Lupoli founded The Lupoli Family Foundation to contribute resources to non-profit organizations and programs that focus on making a significant difference for those in need.

Key initiatives include:

  • A pledge of $500,000 to fund Northern Essex Community College’s Lupoli Family Institute of Culinary Arts in downtown Haverhill

  • A $250,000 donation to establish a state-of-the-art inpatient pediatrics care unit at Lawrence General Hospital

  • For over 17 years, Sal Lupoli donated thousands of hours of his time to lead and inspire the Chelmsford Lions and the Pop Warner football teams

  • Sal is the visionary behind the Revolving Test Kitchen, an incubator and pop-up restaurant that launched in downtown Lawrence, providing new opportunities for local food entrepreneurs
