Chelmsford Developer Eyes Plan for Vacant Littleton IBM Site
October 5, 2021 - The former IBM campus at 550 King St. may transform into a complex with housing, small businesses, office space and parks -- a transition requiring Town Meeting approval for zoning changes. The Lupoli Companies -- owned by developer Sal Lupoli of Chelmsford -- purchased the 41-acre property, and proposed a new zoning district, called King Street Common.
