May 24, 2023 - Haffner's Flagship Location Celebrated its Grand Opening In Lawrence with a ribbon cutting ceremony that included Mayor of Lawrence Brian De Peña, Lawrence City Councilor Marc Laplante, Energy North CEO Jeff Black, Sal Lupoli, owner of Sal's Pizza and Lupoli Companies. and Crack'd Express co-founders Danny Azzarello and Alan Frati.

Sal Lupoli is sold on the future of the Merrimack Valley real estate market. The founder of the Sal’s Pizza and Salvatore’s restaurant chains has cooked up a second career as a real estate developer, restoring the massive Riverwalk mill complex in Lawrence into a multitenant office and medical complex.
