Thanksgiving Food Drive
We were overwhelmed by the response to our Thanksgiving Food Drive! Thanks to all of our employees as well as our very generous Sal's Pizza and 34 Park customers, we were able to donate 500 pounds of food items to the Lazarus House in Lawrence.
Lupoli Companies Donates Over 300 Toys in Company-Wide Holiday Toy Drive
Throughout the month of December, Lupoli Companies hosted a holiday toy drive in support of Clarendon Early Education Services, Inc. located at Riverwalk in Lawrence, MA. Thanks to all of the Lupoli Companies employees as well as our very generous Sal’s Pizza and 34 Park customers, we were able to donate over 300 toys! We’re so grateful to be able to give back to our community and look forward to continuing to give back.

On Saturday, September 26th, the team from Sal's Mobile and Sal's Pizza donated their time and their yummy pies to Nashua Police Athletic Association, as they worked on their Building on Hope Project.
The Eagle Tribune Introduces 34 Park, The Renamed, Rebranded and Renovated Salvatore’s
On Wednesday, October 28th, The Eagle Tribune introduced 34 Park’s grand opening — located at 34 Park Street in Andover, MA. The venue is the first of four owned by Sal Lupoli that will be run by Fergal Gildea, Lupoli's new food and beverage director.
Gone are the days of dark bricks, red chairs and Chestnut tables. Now, bright white bricks and light fixtures create a new atmosphere.
Lowell City Council OKs Sale of Hamilton Canal Land to Lupoli Companies
The Lowell City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday, October 27th, to authorize City Manager Eileen Donoghue to enter into a land disposition agreement with Lupoli Companies for five city-owned Jackson Street parcels located in the Hamilton Canal Innovation District.

Chelmsford native, Sal Lupoli has been improving and enlivening public spaces through his multipurpose real estate projects. Lupoli, who launched his career with a family-run pizza business, earned early recognition for Riverwalk in Lawrence, a Live/Work/Play development located on a 40-acre abandoned mill complex. Lupoli now has several projects in the works, including The Heights Haverhill, set to open this October.

Preservation Powers Communities
Preservation Massachusetts is the non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Commonwealth’s historic and cultural heritage. And they just announced that Riverwalk and Lupoli Companies has been awarded The Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award, which is given to projects that are transformative, community-focused and revitalize the best of the past to make something good for the future.
