Real estate developer Sal Lupoli has landed the first commercial tenant at his planned Littleton mega-development. Hiper Global, an Israel-based computer hardware maker, is moving its U.S. headquarters from North Andover to Lupoli’s King Street Crossing.

The Boston Business Journal has named Lupoli Companies the second largest commercial developer in Massachusetts. The rankings for the prestigious list are based on quantitative metrics, including a company’s total commercial real estate development and transaction volume in the Commonwealth since 2019. During that time, Lupoli Companies has acquired and developed more than 6 million square feet of real estate.

April 11, 2022 - Sal’s Pizza recently signed a sponsorship deal to become the “Official Pizza of the Boston Red Sox”.

As of opening day, Sal’s Pizza will be the exclusive pizza served at Fenway Park. This includes all concession stands as well as the State Street Pavilion. Pizza will be made on site and served hot and fresh. Cheese and pepperoni slices and full pizzas will be available.
